What types of industries do you work with?
Our main focus is S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). However, we also take into consideration application from any other industries (e.g. marketing, sales, HR etc.), so, if in doubt, our suggestion is to send us your open application in any case, we might have relevant openings, you never know!
What is the duration of your typical contracts?
This is completely dependent on the hirer company. Some companies offer fixed term contracts of different durations, some other prefer more flexibility. As service providers, we need to comply with the client’s policy.
Why should I work with a recruiting agency?
Most of the times, recruiting agencies have direct contact with the hiring managers, and as a consequence the chances that a candidate is taken into consideration are normally higher. In addition to that, recruiting agencies also help the candidate to optimize their CV and overall presentation. Last but not least, this is a free service for the candidate.
Can I get a permanent job through your firm?
In some cases, the hirer company does offer a permanent contract after an initial probation period.
Will I be offered a contract directly with the employer?
This is dependent on the hirer, in some cases they prefer to keep the employee under our payroll for a certain period of time, in other cases they are happy to offer a direct contract
How long does the whole recruiting process last?
The duration varies depending on a variety of factors. In some cases it can be very fast for example because the hirer does not demand particular assessments and does not use multiple interview steps. In other cases the process can be more time consuming (e.g. when the candidate needs to relocate from abroad, undergo Visa processes, take multiple assessments etc.).
What are the fees?
There are no fees involved for the job seeker, the employer pays for our service.
What if not satisfied with the job?
According to the term of notice specified in the contract, you are allowed to leave your job and we will do our best to look for a new opportunity.
What if I do not have EU nationality?
That is not a problem, we are recognized IND sponsor, so we can assist you in the Visa process.
What if I live abroad?
We can support you in the relocation process via our department TOSS Housing.
What if I am not immediately available?
We will simply save your profile in our database and start to look for opportunities at your desired start date.
Do you recruit for part time jobs?
Most of our clients normally look for full time employees, but we are also open to recruit for part timers.
Do I have the possibility to work from home?
This varies from each vacancy, but normally employers do offer hybrid jobs.
Do you find opportunities for freelancers?
Yes, in that case we just need to find an agreement between parties.
What if I already found a job but need IND sponsorship?
We can offer you just that service, if this is the only thing you need.

What assessments do you use to select candidates?
In addition to interviews, we can employ any type of assessments based on the client’s needs and preferences.
How long does the whole recruiting process last?
This can vary a lot based on different factor. For example if the candidate is immediately available and already resided in NL, the process can be extremely fast. Conversely, if the candidate needs to undergo steps such as relocation, Visa application etc., it can be longer.
What if the candidate does not have EU nationality?
That is not a problem, we are recognized IND sponsor, so we can assist in the Visa process.
What if the candidate lives abroad?
We can support them in the relocation process via our department TOSS Housing.
What are the fees?
There are two macro-categories we can agree upon: either a one-off recruitment fee or a monthly fee.
Do you work with an exclusivity clause?
No, you are allowed to employ other agencies in parallel.
What if we are not satisfied with the hired employee?
In that unfortunate case, we will look for another candidate and undergo the same process.
Do you recruit for part time jobs?
Yes, we do.
Do you select freelancers?
Yes, in case the specific candidate is a freelancer we can still proceed accordingly.
What if we already found a candidate but need IND sponsorship?
We can offer you just that service, if this is the only thing you need.
