Junior Engineer

Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Junior Engineer to join their team. You will be working for a company that is developing a new generation of means of transport. They are developing an alternative version of the mobility scooter which gives important advantages to people with disabilities. The company has won several innovation awards and is now selling internationally. Do you want to make people’s lives a step closer to an easier and more user-friendly life? Then this job might be for you!

As a Junior Engineer in our client’s company, you are involved in the development of the product, in other words, an alternative to a scooter. You will be trained so that you know all the ins and outs of the product. In addition, you will help with the product malfunctions of the customers. The rapid growth of the company offers you many opportunities to develop within.

Requirements:

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Work experience as a mechanic, bicycle technician, bicycle repairman, car mechanic or a similar position
  • Preferably living in or around The Hague or Rotterdam
  • Preferably in posession of driving license B
  • Passion for technology and engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Keep an overview of different projects
  • Help customers and colleagues when necessary
  • Engage in the development of the product and the company
  • Arrange installation of customer’s product
  • Arrange customer’s product malfunctions
  • Provide information and advice about the product to third parties
