Database Marketing Associate
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Database Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in the hotel industry.
As a Database Marketing Associate, you are part of a team that is jointly responsible for conducting (micro) segmented campaigns. You ensure that the right customer is selected, approached with the right message, at the right time and through the right channel. You constantly think about how you can improve the customer experience of (potential) customers.
Requirements:
- A completed HBO education
- Passion for data
- Strong analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Proactive
- Good command of English
- Work experience within the marketing field
Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing database
- Identify growth opportunities
- Answer questions from the business or management based on data analysis
- Improve and make the data processes more efficient
- Prepare the marketing analysis and reports
- Create predictive models to make marketing activities more effective
- Brainstorm with colleagues about the right customer selection and segmentation to make marketing more personal
